Col. Anand Bapat: A graduate of the National Defence Academy, Khadakwasla, Anand was a Telecom Engineer in the Indian Army for 26 years. He was trained in personality assessment at the Defence Institute of Psychological Research (DIPR), New Delhi, and was a Group Testing Officer (GTO) on the Services Selection Board (SSB) at Allahabad for 4 years. He is currently a behavioural skills trainer, a visiting faculty in HRM and a panelist on selection interviews and Group Discussions.
Dr. Swatee Bapat: Swatee is M.D. in Paediatrics and has been practising for the past 25 years. She also has 7 years of medical research experience and has been a Master Trainer in child health for the Paediatricians, medical officers and nursing staff of Govt. of Maharashtra. She has a vast experience in developmental and educational counselling of children.
Asilata Bapat: Asilata graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), USA in June 2010 as a Bachelor of
Science (B.S.) in Mathematics with Computer Science. She is now pursuing a Ph.D. in Mathematics at the University of Chicago, IL, USA.
Aniruddha Bapat: Aniruddha completed his higher secondary education from the Army Public School, Pune in April 2010. He is now an undergraduate student at the California Institute of Technology (Caltech), Pasadena, CA, USA.
